How am I matched with a psychologist?
The psychologist whose expertise best fits your needs, and who will be most helpful to you, takes on your care. If a different specialism is needed, you are still called, told clearly and guided in the right direction — no one is left without a reply.
How do I get my username and password?
After your first call with your psychologist, a personal portal account is opened and your username and password are shared. If you forget your password, you reset it easily with a one-time code (OTP) sent over WhatsApp.
