Mete Psikoloji is an independent psychology practice in Şirinyalı, Muratpaşa, Antalya, led by a London-trained, BPS-member clinical psychologist. Sessions run fully in English — in person or online, seven days a week, 09:00-21:00. Below are the questions international clients ask us most often; if yours is missing, WhatsApp us at +90 507 336 80 45.

Are sessions conducted fully in English?

Yes. Therapy is offered fully in English — assessment, sessions, written summaries and progress reviews. Founding psychologist Berk Mete completed his MSc at Birkbeck, University of London, and trained and practised in English. This is not translated therapy; it is therapy conducted in English. Bilingual (English-Turkish) sessions are also available, which many international couples and bilingual clients find useful.

How do I book a first appointment?

The simplest way is to message us on WhatsApp at +90 507 336 80 45 in English. You can also call the same number or start your application online. We usually reply within a couple of hours during opening times (Monday-Sunday, 09:00-21:00) and offer you a selection of appointment slots, in person or online.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a structured assessment rather than a plunge into deep work. Your psychologist asks about what brings you in, your history and your goals, and may use standard psychometric measures. By the end you will have a shared picture of the difficulty and a proposed way of working. No preparation is needed — coming as you are is exactly right.
