About the first consultation and matching process.
How does the first consultation work?▼
After you fill in this form, a short initial review is carried out. Our board of clinical psychologists then reviews your file; the psychologist and approach best suited to your needs are decided by the board together, not by an algorithm.
How long does matching take?▼
After your form, the file review and board decision are usually completed within 1-3 working days. If you flag an urgent situation, the timeline is shorter.
Do you match by algorithm?▼
No. Matching is a human decision: your initial information, file, psychologist availability and area of expertise are weighed together by a board. Professional ethics require this.
What happens after I submit the form?▼
Our team records your form and starts the board review. Once matching is complete, we reach out via WhatsApp or phone and suggest a suitable session time.
Does it matter if I want online or in-person sessions?▼
Matching follows the same process; your preference is taken in the form. In-person sessions are available at our Şirinyalı office in Antalya, and online sessions across Turkey and internationally.
Can I fill in the form for my child or teenager?▼
Yes. For under-18s the form is completed by a parent; a parent pre-meeting is arranged before the first session with an adolescent.
